1899 Provinsional surcharged on 2nd issue, 2 atts on 64 atts, type 2 (#58, #58var), unused, block of four. Variety, bottom left values with spaced between “า” and “๒” making the “๒” being closed to “อัฐ”. Lower right with broken “อ”. Upper right broken “า” and extra ink top of “อัฐ”. Excessively rare this combination variety and so far the second known BLOCK RECORDED, original gum, light even brown gum, stains on reverse, hinged.
